Alvey 50C Stainless Steel Back Non Reverse Drag Reel

A quality reel with full stainless steel back plate and metal side cast system. Fish alert switch as well as an on/off drag lever to engage the smooth star nut controlled multi-plate clutch pressure. The smooth clutch is a multi-plate design with polished brass plates combined with PTFE coated woven glass washer which can also withstand very high temperatures. Smooth strong fibre glass spool gives great casts every time and holds a good line capacity. The stainless steel components combined with brass and injection moulded fibre glass spool makes this one tough little reel that can even handle a good snapper. Left handed reels are available.
